NORFOLK | A woman has been sentenced to nine years in prison for witness tampering in connection with the trial of a member of the Bounty Hunter Bloods gang last summer. Tiara Billie Gosney, 26, had been accused of making threats against a woman who had agreed to testify against Mikal Mustafa Mix, a leader of the gang, according to a news release from the U.S. attorney's office. Gosney was sentenced Friday in U.S. District Court.
